Mephiboshet Scholarship Program

Since 2010, IRM has supported the Mephiboshet education program — awarding full tuition, school supplies, and upkeep to children of late missionaries, from secondary school through university graduation in Nigeria.
IRM adopted the Missions Aid International Mephiboshet education support program in 2010. The program awards full tuition, school supplies, and upkeep financial support to children of late missionaries.
IRM began by awarding full scholarships to secondary school students — covering middle school and high school — and expanded the program in 2014 to include university and college education.
Since then, IRM has supported more than ten college students through bachelor's degree programs at Nigerian universities. The graduation photo above celebrates one of those recipients completing their degree.
