Our Story
Who We Are
A mission with a vision, grounded in compassionate relief and long-term impact.
Founded with a vision to reach communities facing crisis and hardship, IRM has mobilized donors, volunteers, and local partners since 2005 to respond where help is needed most. We exist to serve — practically, compassionately, and consistently.
Our work spans medical outreach, clean water initiatives, educational support, and disaster relief. We operate through a model of long-term partnership, working alongside local organizations and community leaders to build lasting change rather than just immediate response.

Beyond individual field missions, IRM sustains multi-year partnerships that strengthen education, medical outreach, and community care across Africa.
Charismatic Renewal Ministries International College (CRMIC)
For more than fifteen years, IRM has partnered with CRMIC at Mgbirichi, Eastern Nigeria, to provide high-end computing systems that strengthen education and student access to technology. IRM also visits CRM-affiliated care homes such as Mercy Home in Owerri.

IRM partners with Missions Aid International and its president, Pastor Emma-Joe Nwachukwu, to sponsor medical outreaches and vocational training during mission trips across Africa — including work in Accra (Ghana), Togo, Cameroon, Côte d'Ivoire, The Gambia, and other locations over the past fifteen years.

Director
Prof. Jude N. Okoyeh
Jude Okoyeh is a full Professor of Medical Laboratory Science and Biology with over 38 years of teaching and educational research experience in various aspects of biomedical sciences within and outside the United States of America. He has a PhD in Pharmacology with specialization in Clinical Pharmacology and Therapeutics, Parasitology and additional training in Biotechnology. He successfully completed a Postdoctoral Fellowship with a United Nations Institute (International Center for Genetic Engineering and Biotechnology, New Delhi, India). Apart from academic pursuit, Jude and his family have the passion for helping the needy, homeless and less privileged people in the community. To this end, he has embarked on several field trips reaching out to orphanage homes, institutes/schools of physically challenged children, homes of the poor, including providing personal educational training and support for students that have graduated from or are presently in colleges/universities. Jude earnestly believes that the measure of one's true wealth is articulated in how much impact you are making to uplifting the less privileged. Your prayers and financial donations to IRM, Inc. are always appreciated. Therefore, be willing to stand firm. Let nothing move you. Always give yourselves fully to the work of the LORD (ministry, service, acts of charity and love), because you know that your labor in the LORD is not in vain." (1 Cor. 15:58, NLT).
Secretary
Solomon O. Inikori, PhD
Solomon Inikori is a petroleum engineer, energy executive, and pastor with over 35 years of global oil and gas industry experience. He is the Managing Director of Vein Petroleum and Integrated Field Development Consultants (IFDC). A former Shell leader, he has led multibillion-dollar deepwater developments and delivered significant cost savings, field optimization, and resource growth across international energy projects. Beyond the energy sector, Solomon is passionate about mentorship, leadership development, and community impact. He serves as Senior Pastor of The Charismatic Renewal Ministries, Houston – Grace and Glory Sanctuary. He holds a PhD in Petroleum Engineering.
Outreach Director
Dr. Felix Ihekwoeme
Dr. Ihekwoeme is a Clinical Pharmacist and a seasoned entrepreneur with over 20 years of professional and managerial experience in the healthcare industry. He is currently the founder and president of West End Pharmacy. A former Manager at Chain Pharmaceutical health sector and above all a devout Apostolic disciple of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. He is part of a new breed of believers without greed and a radical opposition against unrighteousness. Brother Felix is currently a disciple in the market place.
